At Mr-Refurb, we strive for fast and reliable delivery of all our refurbished products. Below you will find our complete shipping policy.
1. Order Processing
- Order cut-off time: 15:00 (CET)
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (orders placed before 15:00 will be processed the same business day if possible)
- Processing days: Monday to Friday
2. Delivery Times
- Within the Netherlands: 1–2 business days after processing

Within France: 1–2 business days after processing
- Total delivery time: 2–5 business days
- No deliveries on: Sunday and official public holidays
3. Shipping Costs
- Fixed shipping costs for the Netherlands: €7,95 per order
- Fixed shipping costs for Belgium: €10,95 per order
- Fixed shipping costs for France: €10,95 per order
- No extra costs: For packaging or administrative fees

We deliver within the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
5. Track & Trace
After your order ships, you will receive:
- A track & trace code via email
- The estimated delivery date
- A link to track your package
6. Important Terms and Conditions
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details
- Return shipping costs for the Netherlands (€7,95) will be charged for incorrect addressing
- Return shipping costs for Belgium (€10,95) will be charged for incorrect addressing
- Return shipping costs for France (€10,95) will be charged for incorrect addressing
- Delays may occur due to force majeure (such as weather conditions or sorting issues with carriers)
7. Delivery Issues
- Damaged package? Report this within 7 days of delivery, with photos.
- Not received? Reach out if your package has not arrived 3 days after the expected delivery date.
- If we made an error, we will provide a suitable solution: replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
